So, Stranger Things has a new trailer and I'm going to drop it here before I talk about today's films.
It still looks great, but now I'm wondering how long they can drag this out. (Yeah. Yeah. Shut up, Stina. ;)) And now, on to those movies in no particular order.
First up, Arsenic and Old Lace (1944).
I love Cary Grant and Jimmy Stewart. I'll watch them in just about anything. Speaking of...Harvey. I have to mention Harvey. It's one of my favorite films ever.[1]
And I can't really talk about Harvey without mentioning another of my favorite films. Donnie Darko. I love how the opening schoolscene is perfectly set to music.
I have this theory that Frank is a púca. Púcas are exactly that dark in Irish mythology, and at least one of them is known for foretelling the future.
Of course, there's Alien, An American Werewolf in London, and the new Ghostbusters (which I prefer over the old version. :P). The last one I'll mention today is Dark City. I recommend the Director's Cut.
Those are my recommendations for today. I may have to start doing this more than one day a week. There are too many movies to recommend for this time of year. :)

[1] And it's the reason I've a thing for púcas. Also, it's why I wrote about one.
